Do I have to be on a plan to get help?
No — I do one-off emergency fixes too. But a monthly plan is cheaper over time and, more importantly, stops the emergency happening in the first place.
What if my site breaks at 2am?
Uptime monitoring alerts me if your site goes down. Message me and you’ll get a reply within 24 hours — usually much sooner — and urgent issues jump the line.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long contracts, no lock-in. You stay because the plan’s worth it, not because you’re trapped.
Do you host my site?
No — I look after your site wherever it’s already hosted. Nothing needs to move, and you keep full control of your hosting.
What if I need a big change, not a small edit?
Small edits (text/image swaps, a new page, fixing a link) are included. Bigger work — redesigns, new features, a store — I’ll quote separately and fairly, up front, so there are no surprises.
Is my data and backup safe?
Backups are stored off your server and verified restorable — not just taken and forgotten. You keep full ownership of your site, data and accounts.
